King James Properties are lenders of small real estate transactions.
Our capacity of investing will not exceed one hundred thousand ($100,000) dollars.
We lend for earnest money, loan down payments, closing costs and rehab investments.
We will provide our terms on a deal by deal basis. We also have access to private and hard money lenders for deals we cannot facilitate in-house.
